The research addresses the development of oral comprehension in the child, based on the use of videos with traditional stories, whose objective was to determine the levels of comprehension with the use of ICT in boys and girls from the Puno lake area, the approach of research was quantitative, quasi-experimental design with pre and post-test, with a population of thirteen 5-year-old children, the results obtained from the Chi Square Statistical Test, is that the level of oral comprehension in the experimental group for the exit test is greater than the entrance test in children from the Lake Puno area, at a significance level of 0.05. Therefore, it is shown that there is a direct influence between traditional stories with the use of ICT and the level of achievement of oral comprehension in the child.
