The advancement of online instruction in universities is a reality for the development of classes in times of COVID-19, this forced, quickly to have to study through various virtual platforms and this led teachers to face new challenges, some of these challenges will be analyzed in this research. The objective was to determine the relationship between virtual teaching and student satisfaction in times of pandemic in 2022. A cross-sectional correlational design study was conducted under a quantitative analysis with a sample of 100 students from a public university in Lima. The instrument used was the likert scale, the result was that 57% perceive that virtual teaching is developed at a regular level and 15% perceive a poor level. It was concluded that virtual teaching at a national university in Lima is directly related to student satisfaction; in other words, if virtual teaching improves, students will feel better, which generates better motivation and performance. Students appreciate the use of active methods and ICT tools.
