The introduction of ICT in the educational environment has been combined with the contingency measures due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, causing teachers to show great interest in acquiring digital competencies. The objective was to determine the relationship between the ABC training program and the use of ICT by teachers at the Jesús Sacramentado Educational Institution, Cieneguilla. The study was of an applied type; hypothetical-deductive; quasi-experimental design, explanatory level, and longitudinal cut, the observational technique and the instruments were observation cards and a questionnaire validated by expert judgment, after applying the program through twelve sessions, the relationship of the variables was calculated using the Mann Withney U coefficient. Finally, it was concluded that the ABC training program has a positive and significant influence on the use of ICT and its dimensions.
