In recent years, the transformational style of leadership, characterized by the attitude and empathy of its leaders, has begun to be chosen. Therefore, the present study showed the perception that teachers have about the transformational leadership exercised by the Teacher of a Pedagogical Innovation Classroom (DAIP) in Google Workspace workshops in an Educational Institution in the district of Villa El Salvador, Lima - Peru. In addition, the inductive-phenomenological methodology was used, thanks to which the information obtained from the application of interviews was interpreted. In this way, the results show that most of the teachers state that the transformational leader is empowered, persuasive, innovative, empathetic, motivating, etc. In conclusion, the good attitude of a DAIP promotes teacher participation in innovative workshops that enhance the teacher's role.
