The objective of the research was to identify the relationship between managerial skills and the development of productive skills of students in the Technical Productive Education Centers of the Ventanilla district, 2021, the study that was carried out, focusing on the changes that have taken place in the world., due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The deductive hypothetical quantitative approach method was used, in a basic research, non-experimental, descriptive correlational design, the sample consisted of 194 students, selected by the simple random method, data was collected through the survey in the same, Two Likert questionnaires were applied. The results indicate the predominance of the intermediate levels of the variables with a tendency to the lower level. It was concluded that the managerial skills are related to the productive skills of the students of the basic cycle, which indicates that the actions of leadership, tutoring and interrelation of the managers determine the formation of skills in students of this training modality.
