Abstract
GUTIERREZ GOMEZ, Edgar. What is an author? The ethical principle in Foucault's research. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2022, vol.6, n.25, pp.1691-1697. Epub Sep 30, 2022. ISSN 2616-7964. https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v6i25.446.
The Peruvian state, similar to other countries, has an exclusive area dedicated to scientific production. National and international databases prevail in agreement with the State to safeguard scientific production. In the path of protection of authorship, patent and originality, they promote the ethical principles of research. High-impact scientific journals such as those in formation prioritize the ethical standards section. The standards of scientific writing and scientific experimentation require an inescapable reference from the authors of a scientific production. Foucault interpellates in What is an author? A Set of Ethical Foundations for a Research, "What does it matter who speaks?" In this indifference the ethical principle, the most fundamental perhaps, of contemporary writing is affirmed, Foucault points out. The disappearance of the author has become, for critics, a now daily theme.
