The census population consisted of 104 teachers. A quantitative, basic, non-experimental, descriptive-correlational approach was used. The method used was the hypothetical-deductive method. Two questionnaires of 30 items each were designed and applied. Finally, the results showed a Rho of .697, which indicates a moderate and strong correlation, so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between managerial transformational leadership and collaborative teaching work in a public educational institution in Peru.
