The stage of isolation and quarantine imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic abruptly forced a change in the way of providing education, a change that had been taking place years ago, which focuses mainly on remote education, as well as in specialized educational software to meet this increasingly specialized educational demand. The objective of this study is to establish the influence of educational software on the learning of university-level students, as well as the influence of its pedagogical, technical and technological dimension on it. The research presents a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional, non-experimental and causal correlational design. The population consisted of 170 students in the seventh cycle of the professional schools of Administration of two private universities. A non-probabilistic and intentional sampling was carried out, using surveys to estimate the variables considering the Likert scale, the level of reliability was defined through the calculation of Cronbach's Alpha. Finally, the data obtained were processed using the statistical software SPSS version 25. The results showed a Wald score of 28.755 > 4 (cut-off point) and a p-value of .000 < α: 0.01; Therefore, it is confirmed that educational software positively influences the learning of university students, and in the same way the pedagogical, technical and pedagogical dimension of educational software.
