This article corresponds to the results of the bibliographic review about the Pedagogical Model and Evaluation in Escuela Nueva in Colombia. Appreciating the investigative interest for its genesis for the development of the Colombian rurality. A total of 467 sources were located and the search was synthesized in 31 research products, most of them with qualitative approaches with different types, methods, designs and techniques of educational research. As a result, in coherence with the knowledge society, the data sources reflect a teacher who participates in a complete educational innovation, offering an unlimited range of scenarios, where all pedagogical projects are possible and the teacher is reconfigured in a multigrade classroom as a companion for learning and the center of attention on the student. The research interest on evaluation is reflected in recent years in research topics on evaluative practices, criteria and instruments in the Escuela Nueva pedagogical model.
