This literature review article entitled Flipped Learning Strategy in Higher Education Teaching aims to analyze research on the use of the Flipped Learning strategy in higher education teaching between the years 2016-2021. Ten articles published in indexed journals were analyzed using the systematic literature review design for information collection. In that sense, the analysis of the collected data determined that during the research, essential characteristics of the Flipped Learning strategy were identified that can be very useful in the field of higher education teaching. The scope of this research contributes and promotes the practice of Flipped Learning, as well as the necessary technological update in teachers that favor the development of digital competences adapted to the information and knowledge society.
