Abstract

The bands bring together a group of musicians who, in a coordinated way, perform melodies that are intended to be satisfactory to the listeners. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between cooperative work and the ability to interpret musical forms. The quantitative approach with correlational design was used as a method, carried out with a census population or intentional sample of 151 student members of the National University of Music, to whom two questionnaires were applied on a Likert scale, to measure the perception of each one of them. variables. The results obtained by processing the SPSS 26 software, showed a Spearman Correlation of .403. It was concluded that there is a relationship between cooperative work and the ability to perform in musical forms.
