Abstract

The research aimed to determine the predominant feature of positive organizational psychology in the teachers of Innova Schools - Region 5. The type of research is basic, of non-experimental design, descriptive, and had a population of 322 teachers and a sample of 75 teachers by simple random probabilistic sampling. For data collection, a questionnaire was used and content validity was carried out through expert judgement and reliability analysis through the interpretation of the Cronbach Alpha coefficient, in which 0.925 was obtained. As a result, it was determined that the predominant feature was the Purpose dimension. As a result, it was concluded that we should work with teachers in this area to continue optimizing the factors that make it up and, in turn, continue to strengthen the other dimensions in a comprehensive manner.
