The increasing in the implementation of technology in the different daily contexts of young people's lives must be closely monitored to avoid affectations in their psychological development, so this study aimed to determine the relationship between psychological well-being and the use of social networks in students of the ICT Institute located in Huancayo, Peru, conducting a study with a quantitative approach, correlational level in a census sample of 93 students to whom the questionnaire instrument was applied, which led to evidence of low well-being psychological and a high use of social networks in the majority. The statistical analysis allowed to conclude with the existence of an inverse and moderate relationship between psychological well-being and the use of social networks in students.
