Resumen

FERNANDEZ RONCAL, Delia et al. Adaptative experiences of influential leaders in virtual environments: a pandemic learning perspective. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2021, vol.5, n.21, pp.311-325. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v5i21.306.

The objective of the study was to validate adaptive experiences in three aspects: teaching-learning processes, handling of digital tools and the impact on the personal aspect. The study has a qualitative approach, with a participatory action research process during the pandemic; how the deliberate and involuntary adaptation generated demand to face uncertainty, the acceptance of reinventing oneself in the exercise of influence in a new situation, led to taking the resources offered, starting from the known to the unknown and sometimes from the unknown to maintain the known, revealing a line of thought, built from impressions, inductive and deductive actions. The information was collected through semi-structured interviews with 15 influential leaders, via the Zoom platform. The results showed that the adaptive experiences left a digital potential for the teaching-learning process, with a particular personal impact.
