ORTEGA MURGA, Oscar Jesús; QUISPE AVALOS, Angélica María; CONSUELO NAVARRO, Bertha  and  TELLO SIFUENTES, Yolanda. Virtual education in times of pandemic: The most disadvantaged in Peru. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2021, vol.5, n.21, pp.109-122. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v5i21.288.

This descriptive review article is developed during the Covid-19 pandemic; In Peru, virtual education is implemented to give continuity to the studies of children, adolescents and young people. However, this modality did not reach all Peruvians. The proposed objective is to identify the least favored in virtual education. Publications in the Scielo database and in university repositories between the years 2020 -2021 were reviewed. The results show that, among the least favored, there are those who lack internet devices, have a disability, have special educational needs, do not interact with their teachers and peers, have teachers who do not use virtual resources, use foreign educational material to their needs, they are in higher education without being able to carry out their practices in laboratories. It is concluded that in Peru during this pandemic education is still not guaranteed as a fundamental right.
