Abstract
MAMANI-COAQUIRA, Humberto; SOSA GUTIERREZ, Fredy; CONDORI CASTILLO, Wido Willam and CRUZ HUISA, Ruth Mery. Implications of neuroeducation and teacher performance: from a student perspective. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2021, vol.5, n.20, pp.325-339. ISSN 2616-7964. https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v5i20.276.
The research related the variables of neuroeducation and teaching performance, considering that the professional training of future teachers aims to introduce the new educational model, therefore, traditional teaching will no longer have a place in today's university. The objective was to determine the relationship between neuroeducation and teaching performance from the perspective of students in the professional school of Primary Education at the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano Puno (UNAP) during 2020. Methodologically, the research was of quantitative approach, non-experimental type, transectional-correctional-causal research design. The results were sustained by the statistical test of Spearman's Rho correlation which is equal to 0.477, the same that worked the hypothesis test. In conclusion, the research shows that there is a moderate positive correlation between neuroeducation and teaching practice performance from the students' point of view.
