Abstract

VENTURA JANAMPA, Miguel Angel; BERROSPI FELICIANO, Jorge  and  GAMARRA ASTUHUAMAN, Guillermo. Dispersion measurements through Geogebra software. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2021, vol.5, n.18, pp.405-415.  Epub June 30, 2021. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v5i18.183.

The general objective of this study is to explain the learning of dispersion measurements through GeoGebra Software in students of the Pedagogical Research and Innovation Laboratory of the Daniel Alcides Carrión de Pasco National University - 2018. The research design is quasi- experimental, where the pre and post test results were compared. The population consisted of 112 students from the UNDAC - Pasco Pedagogical Research and Innovation Laboratory, and the sample was intentional non-probabilistic with an experimental group of 27 fourth-grade students and a control group with 20 fifth-grade secondary school students. The study method followed in the research was the scientific, observational and documentary method. The Student t statistical test was applied where the relationship between the pre and post test was determined, a significance level of 0.052 tails was chosen, as a result it was determined that there is a significant difference between the results after applying GeoGebra software to the experimental group. that the p-value is less than the significance level α (0.000 <0.05); therefore, we reject the null hypothesis. And it is concluded that applying the independent variable significantly improves the learning of the dispersion measures of the students.
