Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine to what extent administrative management predicts delinquency in institutions belonging to a confessional organization in the southern zone of Peru, the population is made up of a total of 180 professionals from 50 educational institutions. To determine the sample calculation, a census sampling was used to include the entire population, who were evaluated with a Likert-type scale to measure administrative management, and for the collection of information on delinquency in 2021 and 2022, documentary analysis was used. Among the main results it was determined that 58.33% have high levels of administrative management, while 41.67% have medium levels, with respect to delinquency in the year 2021 55% have medium levels, 31.67% have high levels and 13.33% have low levels, in the year 2022 46.11% have medium levels, 41.11% have low levels and 12.78% have high levels. The main conclusion reached in the study is that administrative management predicts delinquency in institutions belonging to a confessional organization in the southern zone of Peru.
