Management Skills, are knowledge, skills and techniques that should be possessed by people in a senior management or leadership position within organizations, whether in the public or private sector, and thus improve organizational performance, which In turn, it is reflected in the results and the fulfillment of the objectives, with the performance of the entire team. The main objective of this bibliographic work is to determine the management skills and requirements necessary to improve the service in Public Management of Ecuador, through a quality service and professionalism of those who direct the organizations of the public sector and the people of which are in charge, for the benefit of society.
