The present work entitled "The role of the social worker in conflict resolution processes in the health sector institution" is a qualitative work that allows us to understand from a descriptive and analytical approach, what have been the incident factors that a social worker has as a manager between the institution and society, as well as the importance of understanding the events that occur in the social context of provider and facilitator in the public health institute. For the work of the social worker, it is important that from the understanding of the social relationships that emerge day by day, there is the skill and knowledge as a facilitator of dialogue between people and efficiently carry out the work, understanding and addressing the events in an efficient manner professional.
