This document aims to provide a conceptual approach and a reflection on the concept of neurocoaching, emphasizing and referring to the two main fields of knowledge that are part of it and that allow the development of soft skills. Methodologically, it was typified as documentary, under a pure bibliographic design, making use of the different theories of authors worldwide and specialized magazines, with which the information was structured for analysis. In the review it was possible to show that neurocoaching aims to generate a transformation in the person, allowing to enhance soft skills that improve interactions and work performance.
