Abstract

Abstract One of the biggest economic problems that currently exist in the world, Bolivian and regional reality is the lack of employment, this situation implies that the generation of sustainable and sustainable enterprises must be taken seriously over time. The Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences, through its careers: Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics and Public Management, motivate the creation of enterprises based on training; through the content of the different curricularsubjects, in addition to the participation in productive and academic fairs, workshops, conferences and other activities that promote such an important activity. The present investigation, has as objective to know the criteria and mainly the perception and predisposition of the university student of the different careers that make up the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences to-wards the challenge of creating an enterprise, for this purpose a randomized survey was developed to 350 Students of all careers. The results show that there is a purposeful intention towards the generation of ventures, but despite the authentic attitude and desire to have something of their own, they do not feel confident about its success, it is also important to rescue that they take as an example of entrepreneurs their parents or Close relatives. Faced with this situation, the student must continue to be motivated towards entrepreneurial culture and the promotion towards the creation of an enterprise that allows him to develop an activity for the benefit of society, in addition to having his own economic activity.
