Abstract In this article, we studied the administrative management currently applied to the four largest academic faculties of the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University, which is part of the public university system of Bolivia, this had as an objective to analyze the processes and procedures in these faculties , with the purpose of identifying their present insufficiencies, these also include, to the administrative personnel as far as procedures are concerned, which allowed to know their degree or level of perception. A Likert Scale was applied to later analyze the results and make a confrontation of ideas and theories that have famous authors of books and experts of the area, this with the purpose of comparing and considering their similarities and differences in terms of administrative management. A large number of evaluated to which this Likert Scale was applied, considered that the administrative management, as well as the current organizational processes and procedures and the agility and promptness that is applied to the different procedures within the academic faculties of the University Autonomous Gabriel René Moreno are insufficient. Having clearly the results found in this research, it was possible to open a debate and analysis of the processes and procedures that exist in these academic faculties; thus identifying the shortcomings present in its administrative management.
