Obtaining expected results with an optimal execution based on what is planned in the current organizations implies the Development of Management Skills, which imply Personal, Interpersonal and Group Skills, and development are constituted as a permanent work that enhances the performance of senior management and necessary leadership for an efficient execution of the functions of the managers. Charan and Bossidy (2010) state that the directors lament because, despite having shown very consistent tactics, the desired achievements are not achieved in the execution process. At present, several experts emphasize the importance of the Development of Management Skills, where Personal Skills require knowing oneself, managing time/ stress and having analytical solutions; At the same time, in Interpersonal Skills, you must know how to negotiate, motívate collaborators, have an active listening and gain power and influence; and make use of their Group Skills to delegate, generate positive changes and achieve teamwork. All these characteristics constitute the main condition and demand of the current organizations to obtain successful results and executions, having an impact on the profitability and permanence of the companies.
