The technology activity, the new tools to teach with useful knowledges, the society development and use of TIC, determine that in Law Career in San Andres Major University incorporate in the principal objectives: training, utilization, and development of Virtual teaching, to transform, benefits and better costs and time, to get better Education, teachers and students apply correctly the TIC in benefit for each one, benefit for the University, benefit in teaching the new law professionals. For that reason is necessary analyze, the content, context, and teacher and students characteristics to use TIC in law knowledge.
