Abstract The Pampahasi-Callapa Complex Landslide Study is selected for evaluation, during the educational research on Risk Management that I develop within the Doctoral Program Group VB of CEPIES (La Paz, UMSA University) The selection of needs of job abilities, teach-learning and research development concerning La Paz Urban Risk Management is done by evaluation of this Landslide Study using a didactic technic: the study case. The 3 phases are considering: preactive, interactive and post active. In February 26th of 2011, the biggest landslide occurred at west of Irpavi River affecting La Paz city (five neighborhood's ), damaging 1200 fields around 140 Ha., in area. For rehabilitation and reconstruction of damaged areas this Urban Risk Management study was done by the Water Ministry of Bolivia.
