The analysis of determinants in the probability of recycling in the city of La Paz through information from the Household Survey of the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz 2016, the study identifies the socioeconomic variables that have the greatest effect on the probability of recycling through a Probit model. Likewise, the impact of the implementation of the green points of collection of recycling material in the city is evaluated as a public environmental policy strategy through the estimation of distance as a link of the program and the decision to recycle, checking the effects of policy by means of econometric estimations of matching, estimators of interactions of variables and semiparametric models.
