Abstract There is a diversity of exogenous and endogenous factors that sustain the growth of a organizational company. It´s members are responsible for transforming these factors, which are used by the knowledge of individuals who are the key element in the functioning of the organization.Man has achieved the existence and permanence of the industries, becoming one of the most important assets for these. For this reason, the objective of this study is to analyze the role of man in organizations from the organizational theories, contemplating the classic and modern. According to the literature analyzed, it is concluded that there is a difference in the development of man seen from the two theoretical perspectives, finding that previously this was an individual who fulfilled orders and subsequently became the decision maker contributing to the development of the Organization.
