This work adopts a qualitative methodological approach of content, text and conversation analysis, which is developed through the technique of natural language processing. See the news of two years: 2020 and 2021 to evaluate the feelings related to the transfer of the Central Market of Machala by the Urban Regeneration Project. The results show that the concerns of the actors and beneficiaries of the implementation of said market have not been considered, which will have negative repercussions on the conditions of exploitation of public spaces and greater pressure on productive activities in informality and underemployment.
