Abstract In the modern economy, many ways of analyzing the predictability of markets have been studied in order to anticipate consumption needs and also optimizing the resources available at a given moment or future earnings; However, the complex reality proposes dynamic behaviors that, through the Chaos Theory, the attractors of the model that approximate possible scenarios can be understood. The present investigation approaches the consumption behavior of the Bolivian population in the category of expenditure of Food, beverages and tobacco from a complex perspective taking into account its historical evolution.
