Abstract Institutions of constitutional creation such as the Public Ministry present difficulties in understanding regarding their Constitutional location, because they are not part of the Powers of the State but are constitutionalized institutions for the defense of Society, therefore understanding their historical origins is essential. It is extremely important to understand its correct location and ultimate purposes according to the Current Constitutional system
