Abstract The purpose of this research study is to analyze the correct activity of “assisted reproduction” health in Bolivia, health centers and hospital complexes, in the Metropolitan cities of La Paz, Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, and intermediate cities, which bring together wide variety of private and public health centers, with specialties, in assisted reproduction technique, in women, men and free people who wish to be mothers and fathers, with rights, duties and obligations. Assisted Reproduction addresses legal mechanisms of preferential application, within the framework of the Political Constitution of the State, Family Law and Civil Law, International Treaties on Human Rights and Reproductive Health, national, regional and international laws, with the aim to guarantee the development and effective use of the Assisted Reproduction Technique, in: a) Artificial Fertilization, b) In Vitro Insemination, c) Surrogacy or Surrogacy, and d) Gamete Donation
