TERCEROS CUELLAR, Elva. Competences of the Native Indigenous Peasant Jurisdiction in renewable natural resources. Rev. Jur. Der. [online]. 2023, vol.12, n.18, pp.155-182. ISSN 2413-2810.

Abstract The article relieves the analysis of competences in natural resources of the Rural Native Indigenous Jurisdiction (JIOC), through the review in the field of legal epistemology, the application of the qualitative approach and the reflection on the documents consulted. The analysis carried out, shows the difficulties of the JIOC to administer justice in matters of natural resources, both internal and external with the Bolivian institutionality. The need to prioritize the support and strengthening of this jurisdiction, its capacities, its management instruments and support mechanisms is imperative without interfering with its culture and ancestral practices, within the framework of the paradigm and vision of the Plurinational State and the legal and interjurisdictional pluralism
