Abstract In the access to justice of the most vulnerable population such as women, the abandonment of the processes for crimes of the Special Law for the protection of women such as Law 348 is observed; This abandonment is given by the victims' own circumstances as well as from the public policies in the application of the "Comprehensive Law to Guarantee Women a Life free of Violence", provided by the Plurinational State of Bolivia, which far from being comprehensive does not provides professionals with experience in the subject or timely attention; In addition, access to justice is much more complicated in the diversity of nations that the current State has in its territory, since its intervention is not timely and effective in relation to sanctions. Furthermore, when considering the typology of violence in article 7 of the aforementioned Law that is not addressed in the institutions called for by Law and that supposedly have the mission of promoting the reduction and eradication of violence as established by the convention of Belén Do Para and other international norms, which suggest to the State the approach of access to prompt and effective justice. However, statistics show that those reported and prosecuted are physical, psychological, sexual and economic violence, and the other types are not even considered. Therefore, it is necessary to see aspects from justice operators such as support or guidance to victims of violence, especially women, which allows us to improve the approach to this problem that has roots of patriarchalism and subsisting power in the social relations in our country
