Abstract A pedagogical model, as a representation of the educational process, guides the training processes, in correspondence with the particularities of each society. Thus, the objective of this study is to propose a pedagogical model for legal sciences careers, which is in accordance with contemporary pedagogical approaches, plurality and the post-Covid-19 context. The design of the model was developed from the bibliographical and documentary review on the formative processes of legal sciences and in particular of the Legal Sciences Career of the Universidad Mayor de San Simón. Hence, the Plural, Complex and Competence-based Pedagogical Model (PCC) was built to reorient said process and improve it, based on the integration, transdisciplinarity, contextualization and practicality proposed
