Abstract The proposed article tries to show the perception and the dilemma of compliance with some fundamental rights such as; life, health, education, work, communication and nutrition by society based on a quantitative and qualitative study. In a first part the theoretical explanations of the fundamental rights are shown, in a second part a brief analysis of the pertinent norms to the object of the article is made to later finish in a quantitative study which evidences the perception of the dilemma of the violation of the fundamental rights. fundamental rights mentioned above
