Abstract The argument of this essay is the relation between the form of economic organization and the educational model. From this relation, the way in which the legal education have been influenced by private law and consequently by the form of private capitalist organization is analyzed, and some notes are proposed to think of an educational model of law in accordance with the logic of community economic organization, following what is stated in the Political Constitution of the Bolivian State regarding the decolonization of education
