Abstract The present work is based on the modern legal myths identified by Paolo Grossi to reflect on the constitutional myths that show vestiges of modernity. It begins with the premise of critical philosophy, to later study the legal myth, then speculate on constitutional myths in Bolivia. The purpose is to have a critical perspective of the social perceptión of the Constitution and law, in addition to substantiating the different treatment that the Constitution deserves as a source of law, its interpretation and the argumentation it requires
