Abstract Bolivia is a signatory of the American Convention on Human Rights, in this framework it is necessary that they be applied in the jurisprudential standards of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in order to honor international commitments in good faith. The following lines will express twelve jurisprudential standards so that they are disseminated and applied by state authorities and invoked by jurists
