Abstract: The objective of this research is to determine the perceptions of violence and its incidence infeminicide in the central urban district of the Tiraque Province of the department of Cochabamba Bolivia; based on the following tasks: develop a theoretical framework on the theory of crime and femicide; develop a normative framework on violence and femicide and finally, carry out a diagnosis on the perceptions of violence and its incidence in femicide, with the purpose of contributing to the construction of a criminal poiicy that starts from attacking the causes that affect and generate feminicide.
