Abstract This dissertation will first develop a normative analysis of the standards developed by the organs of the Inter-American System regarding the right to nationality and other conventions, the provisions of domestic law and adequate protection instruments to resolve the threat of rights Humans of the population is described in the approach to the problem, and reference will also be made to jurisprudential pronouncements of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, within the internal scope of the Colombian constitutional court, in which reference has been made to the law of the nationality and effectiveness of some legal actions for their protection.
