Abstract Every day, algorithms and the world of the Internet in people’s daily life are more and more interwoven. They give us a world of infinite possibilities from the mere Access to leisure and entertainment websites, through others to be connected to social networks and the idea of predicting our life beyond that we can imagine our destiny or even the future. In this essay, we will approach the problema of predictive algorithms and their use in intersubjective relationships that are not exemplt from questions of different kinds, as well as the challenge of a Constitutional State of Law, which seeks or identifies the Bolivian State.
