Abstract The purpose of this paper is to analyze bureaucratic labor justice in the United Mexican States, since it must be adapted to the mandates of Article 1 of the Constitution, which recognizes the human rights of all persons in Mexico, including bureaucratic workers, so the following question arose: does the Federal Court of Conciliation and Arbitration in Mexico respect the human right of access to justice of bureaucratic workers?, right recognized in the American Convention on Human Rights and in national legislation. Thus, through the method of legal analysis, the bureaucratic labor justice was analyzed in the most important court in the country in this matter, likewise, the legislation, international instruments and jurisprudence on the subject were studied.
