Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present a diagnosis of the process of internationalization of the Autonomous Territorial Entities (ETA) of Bolivia, evaluating the legal foundations of its ¡nternational relationship from ¡nternational and national law. It is interpreted that Bolivian law has an internationalized normative field in relation to autonomies and, in particular, to the shared competence they have over ¡nternational relations, which, of course, represents a novelty in the country's legal history. Under this protection, the specific regulations on the subject are exposed and analyzed to subsequently propose certain reforms to it.
