In our country we are at a crucial moment in this historic turning point that comes with the constitutional reform on human rights and directly with the application of the pro homine principle, where the paradigmatic break of the law leads us to face new situations and actions that put at stake the political stability of our country since this is reflected in the prevailing reaction of dissatisfaction in society where it is already felt the collision of human rights in its application and misuse.
