In this short article we analyze the phenomenon of globalization and its impact on the Nation-State and Law, particularly in Constitutional Law. We obtain a series of conclusions about the relationship between the phenomenon of globalization in which we find ourselves and the evolution of the Nation-State towards a Constitutional State, open and "collaborative".
