Abstract

Summary In order to evaluate the new proposal of the State model, it is important to consider the consolidation of the Native Peasant Indigenous Autonomies asthesynthesisspace of two fundamental pillars; on the one hand, the political, social, economic, juridical and cultural pluralism that the Plurinational State holds; on the other hand, the consolidation of Autonomous Territorial Entities and the exercise of their competences which are fundamental for the future of an Autonomous State. The present article is based on the analysis of the Autonomic Statute of Uru Chipaya nation, considering the following thematic axes: the community participation, the governance structure, the exercise of autonomic competences and the administration of community justice. In the same way, the article that is put into consideration gives continuity to a research process that systematizes, compares and analyzes the Indigenous Native Peasants Autonomous Statutes that were approved until now.
