Summary This article aims to address the labor harassment at the University. For this purpose, it seeks to distinguish, conceptually and legally, the different types of harassment that occur in the university environment, highlight the progress of its regulation in our country, making a comparative analysis among Colombia, Spain, and Mexico, as well as to explore the characteristics of its fulfillment nowadays. To do this, it examines the most common patterns of harassment in the university environment, in order to identify the challenges and perspectives of its regulation and to extract reflections towards its adequate treatment.
