Abstract

SOTOMAYOR TERCEROS, Osmar. Historical perspective of judicial control in public administration in Bolivia first part. Rev. Jur. Der. [online]. 2016, vol.4, n.5, pp.79-92. ISSN 2413-2810.

In this article, of descriptive historic content, it will be carried out a brief review of the provisions provided in various Bolivian Constitutions on the judicial control of the administration and the stages or forms of control that has passed through the administrative contentious legislation, exploring the relevant case law. For the purposes of a publication in the Law Journal of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Higher University of San Andreas in La Paz, Bolivia (UMSA), the article has been divided into two parts. In the first part, the review of the content of the Constitutions in respect to the control of the Administration will be performed, moreover, the first stage of general jurisdiction and the second part will discuss the State Council.
