Administrative law and public administration has the mission and the critical role at this juncture of social changes and crises of human and social values; intervening actively in civic education has not been made positive by the Bolivian peoples, with examples of virtuous behavior worthy of being followed, for the attainment of the principies, rules, values and objectives set out in administrative legislation; as an efficient and effective contribution in the fight against all forms of violence and abuse, particularly against women; as an alternative to volitional behaviors and authoritative repression; thus supporting the decision making, aptly individual life project they have been drawn, as rights under Article 79, 80 and 90-III of the Constitution of Bolivia.
